La Demeure is located at the foot of the church and the castle in the historic golden triangle of Précy sur Oise, a small charming French village on the banks of the Oise where many 19th century personalities rubbed shoulders such as Alfred de Musset, Alfred de Vigny or even Georges Sand.
We are close to the princely town of Chantilly, capital of the horse (10min) and the superb medieval town of Senlis (15min). In addition, you can reach Paris in just 50 minutes by car.
We are Doreen and Sébastien, your host couple, we opened our guest house in our 150m2 outbuilding in the spring of 2023 after a year of total renovation.
"Her", from the luxury hotel and event industry, "him", from the restaurant business, we will be able to offer you an idyllic stay.
At the same time, we are the managers of the Château de Précy, a family residence which is a private place where we organize private and professional events (weddings, baptisms, birthdays, seminars, business dinners, etc). Contact us to organize your tailor-made event at the castle. We would be delighted to offer you a free private visit of our Castle according to our availability.
We welcome you to La Demeure in a friendly and warm spirit. You will stay in a completely independent guest house with private entrances for each accommodation in a green setting. The guest house has been completely renovated with a refined and elegant decoration in order to offer you an enchanting parenthesis in a magical setting.
Behind this beautiful terracotta brick facade, two large luxury guest rooms near Paris and a luxurious suite invite you to discover and escape. Here, everything contributes to wonder and disconnection.
In order to preserve the tranquility of our customers, children are not allowed in La Demeure.

A warm and sophisticated atmosphere thanks to a mixture of subtle colors and
natural plant materials such as linen found in each room.
Want to stay for dinner? Order our dinner board served with drinks of your choice delivered in the room or in the garden by the host couple.
By booking the suite l'Envolée, you can also take advantage of the grocery store at your disposal.
We offer you local and artisanal products if you wish to take advantage of your private dining room located in your suite for your appetizer, your dinner or simply for a little sweet gourmet break.
You will also find a wine cellar with beers, ciders, wines and fruit juices.
